| Your story | Bought 2008 car with 8k on the clock on the 28th of June, took it out that weekend, had handling issues on way to Bushmanskloof and put it down to inexperience/new car etc. Didn’t feel comfortable so contacted Toyota in July and was told to deal with a dealer. I only took it to Toyota Tokai at the beginning of September (16 000km) and have been trying to get an answer since. Main concern is going away over January. If the answer is the shocks then I’m happy to do that provided there’s no warranty impact. The lack of dealer support is the most worrying (having previously had fantastic service from William Simpson Nissan in Tokai) |
