It really was one of the easiest things I ever did. I smoked for 15 years and boy, did I love my Gauloises Blondes! I never ever thought I would be able to quite, but after reading Allan Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking, I gave it up. Or gave it back. What ever.

I am very happy to say that 3 years of being a secondary smoker has been absolutely awesome.

Want to stop smoking? Read the book. You don’t have to stop as soon as you complete the book, so just read the book.
